Some Of The Produce This Year That I have Had to Put in The Compost Pile After Pick Up Days As Was Not Taken By Members And More Then we could eat:
Several Times ----Chinese Cabbage, Nasturtium leaf and Flower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Sweet Banana Peppers, Small Bell Peppers, Sweet Cubanelle Peppers, Hot Hungarian Peppers, Hot Jalopena Peppers, Tomatoes, Mustard Greens, Kale, Turnips, Radish Greens, Okra, Borage, Sweet and Lemon Basil, Oregano,Lemon Verbena.
I Have Dried Because Of Large Amounts Left After Pick Up Days: ---- Rosemary, Basil, Lemon Verbena, Chocolate Mint, Lemon Balm and Oregano.
I Don't Know How They Are Going To Fair But, Carrots are Still Growing and Last Planting of Beets
Have Every Week At Least 4 Older Hens (chicken meat) They Weight about Two an Half pounds each. These are to be Cooked Slow ---- in a Slow Cooker, in water in a Pot on Stove top or Pressure Cooker. Great Taste. Are $2.00 a lb.
