YOU HAVE TO SLOW COOK THEM AND THEN THEY ARE TENDER AND GREAT TASTING I USE A SLOW COOKER - MOM USES A POT OF WATER ON THE STOVE PUT IT IN, IN THE MORNING AND EVENING IT IS WELL DONE YOU WILL SEE THE MEAT COMING OFF THE BONE. (YOU CAN NOT DRY COOK LIKE BROIL OR FRY AS THEY WILL BE TOO TOUGH) MY DAUGHTER LIKES TO MIX THE MEAT THEN WITH BBQ SAUCE, MOM WITH CREAM SAUCE AND NOODLES.
