Sat. April is at Coit Rd. Farmers Market in East Cleveland - 8 A.M - 1 P.M.

(this is a great Japanese green - lemon/pepper taste has all the great nutrition of a green also is in the cabbage/broccoli family so has calcium and good against cancer - can be eaten as a vegetable alone or in soup, salad with any meat.)

really is no where for pets, the stress of all the people will be enough for the chickens and poor old Cocoa, I pretty much farm all the land except small pieces near the house, anytime you do make the trip out to the farm with your children and pets there is Punderson Park less then 3 miles West they have play grounds, grills, tennis courts, golf course, swimming, boating, camping, hiking trails, cabins and the manor house you can make a day at the park from here if you like to be out in the country for the day.)
BRING YOUR DISH TO PASS AND IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU RATHER DRINK
I WILL HAVE SEVERAL TYPES OF MINT TEAS, COFFEE AND OUR TAP WATER
WILL HAVE ORGANIC RAW SUGAR AND HONEY AND REAL MILK IF YOU NEED FOR ADDING TO YOUR DRINKS
I WILL BE MAKING ONE OF THE LARGE TURKEYS WE FROZE IN JANUARY

AS WELL AS ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE
MAY HAVE CHIVES, ONIONS AND MORE TO ADD TO THE LIST BY THE TIME THE POT LUCK SUNDAY COMES
Your welcome to bring Friends whom may be interested in getting a Membership and Family -- it is all just a day to relax meet other members talk food and more, get to see the farm, try some of the foods we offer and we will try to give you an idea of what we hope to do for the year.

we will have list of people whom want to share with making pick ups here at the farm and in Cleveland so if you are interested you can grab a sheet of the area of your interest and be in contact to see if you can work something out together.
I AM HOPING FOR A CLEAR AND NOT TOO COLD DAY
BUT NO MATTER THE WEATHER WE ALWAYS HAVE THE POT LUCK AND SEEM TO ENJOY EVEN IF WE HAVE TO STAY IN THE GARAGE A LOT.

WILL BE DOING THE CHICKENS FOR MEAT THIS MONTH MAY BE THE WEEKEND OF THE POT LUCK WILL KEEP YOU POSTED

$2.75 A LB. Average 3# a chicken
These are raised just for meat tender large breast- they do go out and free range.
If you want your chicken cut (not whole) let us know that is $1.00 per chicken
Let us know if you want your giblets if not we will not pack with your chicken - we have plenty whom are looking for giblets extra.
