I DO NOT SUPPORT ISSUE TWO (2)

Here Are Some Great Web Sites you can go to -
to get more information on this Issue 2

www.ohiolibertycouncil.com

www.ohiofreedom.com

www.oeffa.org

www.ohioact.org

Please pass the word on

Make A Sign to put in your Auto Window

A Sign in your yard (heck take a piece of cardboard your kids crayons tack it on a
wood stack)

anything just have to get more
"visual" out there and not depend on the internet that always seems to stay in small circles..

Seeing only the Yes Signs and Yes on the TV rather it is for the good or truthful does

not Matter It is the only thing the general public is seeing, reading, hearing everyday

----- you know how easy that can make people do with out thinking...

  • I do not think changing the Ohio constitution to a government appointed (with no length of term set yet for these members) committee (we the people will have no say) is something we should do --- and not with it rushed through like Issue 2 is being with out better debate and complete the terms of this issue two. (please no more government control added)
  • We already have Dept. that are to patrol our animal, produce, food from the farm all the way to your table. Yet these Departments have been saying they don't have the funds to do a better job.
  • Groups that are pushing for Issue 2 are those whom want it mandatory to put the chips in all livestock and we (the farmer) have to pay for this and we have to record every time we take an animal off the farm (vet., show anywhere), when the animal dies or we slaughter or sell the animal.

  • We would have to pay for the chip, pay for the use of the equ. to scan the chip (such as the fairs, 4-H horse shows, etc.

  • Also, these groups trying to scare voters into voting Yes are supporters of the Large Commercial Egg Producing Business (as this is whom the National Human Society is looking at making the living conditions better) these groups that want Issue 2 to pass want the Committee to keep the laws in Ohio so that The Industrial Egg farms can continue as they are and the burden will be placed on us small free range local organic family farms (which will put most of us out of business) then you will not have the choose of real local fresh and organic foods.

  • I would like to know why we even need Issue 2? I didn't know that we were in Ohio having deaths or illness from the farm raised foods.

  • The big bussiness Ind. farms are pushing this as they are afraid the Nationial Human Socity is going to come in Ohio like they did in CA. and chage the laws so that they have to make the cages larger and other changes to improve the animal care at the large Industrial Farms. (but, making this change will stop them from NHS from still trying to make these changes.
  • I feel that putting Issue 2 through will then give this new commitee the power to make any new laws and changes as they wish and we the people will not have any input, all the new laws on produce and lives stock will be pushed through -- which will put all small farms like mine out of bussiness, as well as the farmers markets, CSA farms, any chance of getting truly local fresh product in the stores or resturants.
  • Will put in the laws that some have been tring to for a few years now - of making us farmers us some chemicals on our fields as well as for cleaning our produce.

  • One web site you should be able to get information from is OEFFA.org

  • Please get the word out and all do your research for the truth. The groups for the Yes vote are large bussiness and have the money to do the false ads on TV and offer free signage As usual the Vote No Keep your rights and Save Family farms groups are small and do not have the funds to better get the word out.
